Lilypie Angel and Memorial tickers

"
My story is important not because it is mine, God knows, but because if I tell it anything like right, the chances are you will recognize that in many ways it is also yours… it is precisely through these stories in all their particularity, as I have long believed and often said, that God makes himself known to each of us more powerfully and personally. If this is true, it means that to lose track of our stories is to be profoundly impoverished not only humanly but also spiritually."

I am defective

So I was hoping to share the news with y'all on Friday when I was scheduled for my first ultrasound, but unfortunately...

Anyway, I am 7 weeks along, had bleeding this morning, a lovely E.R. visit which included the most painful blood draw of my life, inconclusive ultrasound (again) and dropping progesterone levels. I am going on progesterone supplements ASAP but Dr. Farley does not seem optimistic. The dropping levels are a very bad sign.

We'll know more on Friday during my second ultrasound.

I feel worthless, helpless and infuriated. This cannot be happening. Again.
